Classes in Drumaness take place in Drumaness Gaelic Club.

Classes in Crossgar take place in the Crossgar War Memorial Hall .

For beginners, there is no need to buy a gi (suit) for your first few lessons - loose fitting sportswear will do. As we work on mats, footwear is not permitted. WJJF Ju-Jitsu is a comprehensive system. A syllabus is available on this site. You will start with mat etiquette and how to fall safely through various throws, blocks, kicks, hold-downs and locks. Technique is emphasised always. Ju-Jitsu improves your fitness both physically and mentally. You can do some weapon work as you advance through the Ju-Jitsu syllabus.

If you've always wanted to practise a martial art, then why not try us? The first class is free!
